Solution Includes : Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Service Contact Center License (5 users) & CX247.AI Consulting, Design ,Implementation and Support Services (Up to 50 Hours/Month) for 1 year (Annual commitment required).
Ideal For : Medium to Large Businesses with 100-1000 plus Employees & 10 plus Customer Support Agents
Solution Includes : Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Service Contact Center License (10 users) & CX247.AI Consulting, Design ,Implementation and Support Services (Up to 100 Hours/Month) for 1 year (Annual commitment required).
